Host Site Qualifications

Developable Land

We buy and lease land to host ground-mounted solar farm projects and battery storage systems. In addition to greenfield sites, brownfield, landfill, fallow, or otherwise challenging property can be monetized. The best-suited sites have these qualities:

  • 10+ acres

  • Located near a power substation

  • Flat or gently south-facing

  • Solar-friendly zoning

  • Limited wetlands & endangered species

Commercial & Industrial Rooftops

Our zero-penetration rooftop systems present a great opportunity to offset maintenance expenses, increase NOI, and provide long-term revenue. While they can benefit, tenants are under no obligation to purchase power. With our solar panels, you’ll have a credit tenant for 20+ years.
